Japanese Language & Culture

In Japanese Club, students will learn basic Japanese words and phrases, practice simple conversations, and explore how to read and write beginner level characters such as hiragana and katakana. Beyond language, we will discover parts of Japanese culture from traditional arts like calligraphy to modern pop culture like anime. Students will also learn about Japanese holidays, food, music, and daily life in Japan.
